Attention Class of 2020 and Families . . . There are a few more things we would like to communicate before graduation.  

Graduation Tickets

If you did not get an opportunity to pick up your graduation tickets on Thursday, we will have one final pickup on Monday (June 1st) from 4 -6 pm.  Ticket pickup will be outside of the F- Hall office.  Please enter the campus using the far west entrance (closest to Cooper St.).  Students will remain in their cars and tickets will be brought to the car.  Please make sure you have some form of ID (school ID, driver’s license, state ID, etc.) when you arrive.  This ticket pickup is only for students who have NOT picked up tickets.  Extra tickets will NOT be given out.

Special Seating

If you made a request for special seating those tickets were placed in an envelope with the student’s name written on the outside.  If you are unclear about which tickets are for special seating please feel free to email me (jaredpeters@misdmail.org) and I will let you know.

Graduation Programs

Programs will not be passed out during the ceremony.  Programs will be available on June 11th when students pick up their diplomas and final transcripts.  Here is an electronic copy of the Graduation Program for you and your family to enjoy during the ceremony.

Student Fees

Student fees need to be paid by noon on June 11th.  The Summit Bookkeeper will be available for students to pay fines by cash or check on the following days:
Monday, June 1st from 4 – 6 pm (outside F-Hall office)
Thursday, June 4th from 1- 4 pm (front office)
Tuesday, June 9th from 9 – 12 pm (front office)

Online Payment Information

• Click Admin/School Fees
• Click “Fee”, select “fee” and click “Add to Cart”, enter the amount, enter student’s info with teacher name, “Save”, “Checkout”, purchase

Online payments include a 3% convenience fee.

The Bookkeeper will review the payments made, and post to your student’s account.

Please keep a copy of your receipt.
