Yearbooks for Sale - Yearbooks are still on sale. The price is now $65. Please visit www.yearbook forever.com to purchase using a debit or credit card. If you need to purchase with cash or check, please see Ms. Best in J9 for details. Hurry! The price goes up January 15th.

Senior Ads in the Yearbook - Seniors: Would you like for your parents to purchase a senior ad in the yearbook? You should receive information in the mail soon if you haven't already about how to do this and prices. You can also see Ms. Best in J9 for information. HURRY! The deadline is December 1st.

Go Center - Today is MONEY MONDAY! Visit the Go Center table outside the library to pick up a list of current scholarships that you might want to apply for! The Go Center in the library is available to help you anytime with college applications, research about your next steps, or questions about paying for college. Stop by TODAY and pick up a list and early some MONEY!

Girls Soccer Tryouts - If you are interested in trying out for Girls Soccer, please come by G11 to sign up and pick up an informational sheet. Tryouts will begin the Monday (Dec 2) we come back from Thanksgiving Break.

Boys Soccer Tryouts - Attention all new students to Summit. If you would like to try out for soccer, please see Coach Bravo in G11 or Coach Giddings A4. We will have a meeting after school on November 18 in room G11.

LEGO Club - The LEGO club meets today during all 3 lunches in the library. Come build with us!

40 Book Pledge - The members of the 40 Book Pledge will gather in the library on Tuesday, Nov. 19th, during all three lunches. We will talk about books and munch on dessert. See you there!

Senior T-Shirts - Attention Seniors - If you ordered a Summit Senior T-shirt please come by room D7 during advisory or after school to pick it up.

Band Accolades - Yesterday, the Summit Band participated in the MISD All-District audition at Lake Ridge High School. They had 40 students earn a position in the All-District Band, and the most 1st chair players in the District. Those students are the following:

3. Donovan Neal on Bassoon
4. Alex Rodriguez on Bari Sax
5. Isabella Garcia on French Horn

Black Student Union - Are you looking to join a club that will dive deeper into African American culture, build character, and break social anxiety? Then join the Black Student Union! In addition, will do community service, explore colleges, and so much more. Don't be discouraged by the club name, all nationalities are welcome! We meet every Thursday in Ms. Patton's room, I-14. Library Fun - Come to the library this Friday during all 3 lunches to watch "It's Thanksgiving Charlie Brown" while you color a Thankful Turkey. Take a break from your stressful week, and spend some time in the library on Friday.
