Dear Summit Students and Parents,

• As we approach the end of the 1st Semester, it is time to prepare for final exams. The following information details eligibility requirements, final exam schedules, and instructions for completing the online final exam exemption request form.
• Exemption eligibility criteria: Eligibility criteria can be found on this document. 

Final exam schedule: Final reviews and exams will be conducted December 15th -Review Day-A, December 16th -Exam Day-A, December 17th -Review Day-B, December 18th -Exam Day-B, following an AA/BB schedule. 

Requesting exemptions:  Students can request to be exempted from up to three exams for the semester by completing the form at the end of this email. 

Please note: 

• All links and request form can only be accessed with the students MISD account (drive and email). 
• The form will be open for submissions on Monday, December 8th at 6:00 a.m. and will stop accepting submissions on Sunday, December 14th at 11:59 p.m.
• Students must select the appropriate block for the class for which they are requesting an exemption. Students choosing a Ben Barber course must select the appropriate Ben Barber session.
• Once submitted:
• No modifications can be made.
• Students will receive a receipt of submission email to their MISD Google email account. 
• Final exemption eligibility will be determined by the teacher of record.

• If students have trouble accessing their MISD email account, please visit campus technology for assistance. Students may also reach out to their assistant principal with any questions.
