Hello Summit families,

Jag OT (Overtime) is back this year (starting Tuesday, September 6), but we have made a few changes which will benefit both our students and teachers.  We now offer after-school tutoring four days a week, Monday to Thursday, along with a late bus each afternoon.

JAG OT is from 3:05 pm to 4:50 pm and students must have a pass, from the Jag OT teacher, to ride the late bus. Subjects have been signed a specific day for Jag OT tutoring . . . 
•    Monday’s – Science
•    Tuesday’s – Math
•    Wednesday – Spanish
•    Thursday – English

Please understand that staying for Jag OT is a privilege: so if a student is abusing this privilege, it will be taken away from him/her.

Finally, teachers offer their own tutoring after-school many times and have posted their Tutoring Schedule (day and times) on their Canvas page.  If your student is having difficulty or needing tutoring opportunities, have your student communicate those needs with their teacher.  We want all students to learn at high levels at Summit HS and tutoring is part of that process.
